The Reiki Retreat - Stirling

My name is Sara, and I am a Reiki Master/Teacher serving Stirling and Central Scotland.

Learning Reiki gives you the skills to calm yourself, quieten your busy mind and help you feel relaxed within a matter of minutes. Picture having the ability to quickly rid yourself of all your stress and anxiety, and to be able to start reversing the symptoms of minor illnesses before they start becoming symptomatic. This is all possible, with Reiki healing. Reiki is an easy, intuitive practice that you can do anywhere, you do not need any specialist equipment, just your own hands. Once you have been attuned, you can literally do it with your eyes closed anywhere.
