My name is Sara, and I am a Reiki Master/Teacher serving Stirling and Central Scotland.

Reiki is about utilising the universal life force energy which is around all of us to help you feel better about yourself & give you the ability to transform your life. If you are tired of being stuck in a rut, suffering from anxiety or not feeling quite yourself you may benefit from the transformational healing power of energy medicine.

Reiki sessions can help support you physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. Many people find that after receiving Reiki that they have more clarity, focus and are able to get to the root cause of their problems.

Reiki can help with relieving the symptoms of many ailments & if you decide to learn Reiki for yourself, you will discover that it is in fact a complete holistic healing system.
