Description:

It is a joy and an honour to be able to give other people the gift of Reiki. I value the simplicity and potential offered by Usui Shiki Ryoho. I see it as a way to grow and develop as a human being, as well as a wonderful way to achieve and maintain health on all levels: physical, mental and spiritual.

I see this Reiki tradition, following in the footsteps of Hawayo Takata, as a spiritual path that offers a daily practice of healing that can bring us to greater well being. Through self treatment and the treatment of others, this practice of laying hands on and connecting wtih the greater whole leads to living an increasing authentic life if we so choose.

I have a particular interest in the public practice of Reiki and offer teaching to support those who wish to take their Reiki practice to a wider circle of people.
