Level 1 Reiki – (Foundation course) Self-Empowerment

Level 1 Reiki starts you on a journey of self-discovery, healing and self-empowerment by activating and aligning the energy flow in your hands. It is ideal for all people as it is not bound by any belief system and is a wonderful foundation for exploring other modalities.

To offer you the most out of your learning experience, I have made only 6 spaces available, so please book in advance.

The beautiful Reiki modality is the beginning of a journey of self-discovery, vitality, and harmony on multiple levels. Level 1 training helps you to clear away blockages as it prepares you for Level 2. Level 2 training develops your skills even further. Level 3 advanced training should be taken after a period of at least 6 -12 months and offers powerful techniques for specific healing purposes and to become a professional if you so wish. Once Reiki is activated within you, it is available to you for life.

After the course you will receive a comprehensive manual, certificate, a personal reiki journal, lineage, a follow up Reiki Healing session, 3 Reiki shares, a Goodie bag and unlimited lifetime support.
