Description:

I have been involved in caring and supporting roles for over 30 years on the Wirral. Supporting a diverse range of people during extremely difficult times in their lives.

Initially practising Reiki in Wallasey Wirral since 2002 then at Reiki Master level since 2005.
I witnessed the benefits of therapeutic touch for others while working within an inpatient environment on a hospital ward supporting people to calm and relax during such a dificult time for them.
Due to this and many other personal experiences I ventured into holistic training
Inspired by the changes in my own life and the positive feedback I receive from clients, I can now support people in a truly holistic & person centred way.
I adhere to the high standards set by the Reiki Council and the CNHC relating to continued professional development, ensuring my knowledge and skills are up to date, which then enables me to meet your needs appropriately.
I do not run my practice in a clinical or conveyor belt manor, limiting the number of people I support in a day to ensure good practice for both my clients and my own well being

I also teach Reiki and offer regular Reiki shares within my community.

My Mission Statement is to utilise both my life experience along with my intuitive and learned skills to support people to achieve a sense of balance in their lives and so promote improved health & well being.
