Description:

Milly Cain has been working as a Natural Health Practitioner since 1990. She co-founded a Natural Health Centre in Mid Wales whilst also working in her local GP surgery. She has taught Reiki in hospices to staff and patients and facilitated workshops in the UK and overseas.

"I first experienced Reiki in 1989, whilst practising as a therapist in an Osteopathic Clinic. After having several treatments I went on to take a First Degree Class. On a personal level I soon discovered the benefits of this simple practice initially treating myself, my children, family and friends. I became a student of Reiki and this practice became a major support both in my own life and my work.

Twelve years later, in 2003, I went on to be initiated as a Reiki Master by Phyllis Lei Furumoto and have been teaching ever since.

I am a member of The Reiki Alliance, an international body of masters committed to passing on the Usui Shiki Ryoho System.

I am CNHC registered.

I offer treatments and classes wherever I am invited within the UK and also in Iceland
