Hello everyone, I have recently joined the Association and new to the forum. I as wondering how people are doing their attunements these days. When I was trained, my Reiki Master used the breath method - I'm not sure if that is the correct terminology but I am sure some one will know what I mean. Obviously since Covid, this is not recommended so is there an alternative method that people are using / alternative suggestions please?
