The Reiki Association 2024 GATHERING

Facilitated by Johannes Reindl, Lineage Bearer of Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing

We have chosen to return to the The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon. Set in a small village, it is located opposite a National Trust property, Charlecote House and Park. There are a variety of walks in and around the  village. The hotel has friendly staff, comfortable en-suite rooms and a dedicated space for our in person gathering.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet Lineage Bearer, Johannes Reindl in person.

Building Community - This is the theme for our 2024 Reiki Association Gathering. We are looking forward to exploring this with Johannes.

The weekend starts on Friday afternoon with arrivals from 3pm onwards, supper at 6pm, and an opening circle at 8pm. The weekend finishes on Sunday afternoon at 5pm. The weekend does include an Association General Meeting this year.

Residential places are in Single or Twin/Double Rooms. Some are downstairs and a few are accessible for those with difficulties. Please state your type of room and dietary needs when booking.

If you are prepared to share a room but have no one to share with we will try to help. If you already know the person you wish to share with please supply their name when booking. If you have a partner who wishes to accompany you but not join in the weekend we can accommodate this.

UPDATE:

Please note that all our available residential places are now booked, but we still welcome anyone to our Non Residential bookings. Please make your own arrangements for overnight stays if required. Our Membership Secretary at memsec@reikiassociation.co.uk may be able to help with the names of alternative local accommodation.

Our 'wait list'. Cancellations and amendments to bookings may occur and if you are interested in being put on this waiting list pending something becoming available please contact Jill Mason on gathering@reikiassociation.net stating the type of accommodation you may be looking for. If something suitable becomes available we shall ask you to fill out a booking form and make full payment. Please do not do this before we have offered you a booking.

Options:
Full payment is now due for all bookings. Anyone who has previously made a deposit payment for their booking should ensure the balance due is now paid.

Members Residential:  Single £475   Shared Room £375
Includes accommodation, evening meals Friday and Saturday, coffees/teas, light lunch Saturday and a hot meal/carvery on Sunday.

Members Non Residential:  Saturday £160 - 9am to late Saturday,   Sunday £140  - 9am to 5pm Sunday or both days £275.
Includes tea and coffee each day, together with a light lunch and evening meal on Saturday. There will be a hot meal/carvery lunch on Sunday.

Non-members of the Reiki Association with Reiki who wish to participate in the activities are very welcome. There is a surcharge on bookings for participating non-members. This is £55 for weekend residential bookings, or £20 per day for non-residential bookings.

Non-members of the Reiki Association who are not participating in the weekend's activities  (e.g. just sharing a room with a member) can also be accommodated. Please contact our Membership Secretary, Tripuri Dunne for rates.
