Hi, I'm Robert, a qualified Reiki Practitioner and Massage Therapist.

I practice Reiki Therapy and Reiki Massage at The Practice Room in Sheffield each Saturday and Sunday exclusively by prior appointment.

I hope the below help answer any questions you may have about my Reiki Therapies.

Where are you located?

I work from The Practice Rooms in Sheffield, each Saturday and Sunday between 12 pm & 6 pm by prior appointment only.

What is Reiki?

Reiki Therapy is a safe, non-invasive and non-religious complementary therapy, developed in Japan by Mikao Usui. The word Reiki can be translated to 'Universal life energy' or 'Soul Energy' and is practised by the gentle placement of traditional Reiki hand positions held on or over your clothed body, to help provide emotional balance and a sense of deep peace and inner wellbeing. During a Reiki therapy session, you will also experience guided mindfulness and gentle breathing and relaxation exercises to help your body and mind relax.

What is Reiki Massage?

Reiki Massage Therapy is the professional blending of Reiki therapy (described above) with holistic massage techniques for your arms, hands, legs and feet. The massage experience helps to re-balance your physical energy and maintain a feeling of deep relaxation. At the same time, Reiki promotes emotional balance and a sense of deep peace and inner wellbeing.

Can I Have a Different Massage?

Yes! We can discuss any adaptions you wish to make to your Reiki or Massage during our confidential consultation.

What Does Reiki Feel Like?

While the experience of receiving Reiki is different for each client, you may experience very pleasant yet subtle pressure, tingling, heat, coolness or subtle shifts in your energy as Reiki promotes emotional balance and a sense of peace.

Is Reiki Expensive?

To help make Reiki Therapy as accessible as possible, I offer the following concessions.

A single Reiki Therapy session for £20 or a single Reiki Massage Therapy session for £30. This concession is for clients receiving low incomes and appointments are only available on the last Saturday or Sunday of each month. There is no need to provide any evidence, as I trust you will be honest when reserving your appointment.

Non-Concession Prices are:

1 Hour Reiki Therapy £30

2 Hour Reiki Massage £40
