About Helen Hoyte Wellbeing

Hello, I’m Helen Hoyte. My goal is to bring the life changing benefits of complementary health and Reiki Healing to as many people as I can.

I was a fitness instructor for 15 years and chose to diversify into complementary health 11 years ago. I have over 20 years of knowledge and experience in nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and general all round well-being. Helen Hoyte Wellbeing is the culmination of my passion, learning, experience & knowledge.

I am passionate about teaching Complementary Therapies and Reiki Healing for all types of body & mind pain relief, from helping to alieviate back pain to combating stress and depression, & everything in between.

As well as providing teaching for first class therapies, I offer coaching and counselling. I believe in the life changing opportunities health & wellbeing can bring to anybody & as such we are constantly innovating & evolving to meet my clients needs, whether that be treating them or teaching them.

I am fully ITEC qualified, hold a City & Guilds L4 Certificate in Education & Teaching & I am fully insured to perform & teach all the therapies I offer.

I am highly experienced and trained in the Natural System of Usui Reiki Healing and have been teaching Reiki courses now for over 12 years.

Reiki 1, Reiki 2, Chakra Balancing & Healing and Reiki master/Teacher Training run regularly, please contact me for further details.
